Ferromagnetic Resonance Using MRFM
We have been performing MRFM detected FMR as a microscopic probe of magnetic thin film materials.  MRFM can enable microscopic characterization of magnetic homogeneity and interlayer exchange coupling.  Please see some of our recent publications.
