Midterm Information

• Reminder: Midterm is Wednesday, May 2. It will take place in recitation rooms at the regular class times.
• Midterm will be based on the material covered in the lectures and recitations and on the HW problems. It will cover Ch 18,19,20 and most of Ch 21 (except for S 7,9) of Cutnell & Johnson. The best way to study is to know how to do all assigned HW problems, conceptual questions, demo problems, and group work. You may also want to solve some of the practice midterms below.
• Midterm will contain 10 multiple choice problems and 2 show work problems. The Midterm is closed book, but you will be provided with the following list of relevant equations and constants (click here). Bring a calculator, with the memory cleared.
• Next week (the week of April 29) my office hours will be Monday 2-3 pm, Tuesday 3-4 pm. Please note the change!
