GaN-AlN Band Offsets -- Quasiparticle Results

The quasiparticle calculation (GW) computes the position of the conduction and valence band edges relative to potential zero.

Note the sensivity to substrate lattice constant. Could the difference between the two experimental results be due to subtrate lattice constant (AlN -> GaN)?

Note sentitivity to the inclusion of the Ga d electrons.
