Creating Live Graphics (minimol on the web)

How to create a website from xyz files that can be manipulated on the web like minimol.

Construct xyz file (say, Structure.xyz)
~birner/bin/x2h Structure.xyz > Structure.html
Copy ~rhennig/public_html/Data/Silicon/java.jar into same directory.

Second step creates a html file called Structure.html from your xyz file Structure.xyz. To view this, a copy of java.jar needs to be in the same directory.
