To apply for the Summer 2000 REU at Ohio State:

1. Print out the following forms:
1. One application form.
2. Two recommendation forms.
2. Fill out and mail the application.
3. Have two faculty memebers complete and return your recommendations.
4. Have your registrar send a transcript.
5. All materials should be sent to:
