Results of fits to a function of the form a/x (SIS fit) using error
bars in the fitting.

The velocity disp (sigma_v) of the real cluster is 1000 km/sec.  

Here, we find that the sv ratio for the 0th order psf fit (the others
are not so dif) is:

with psf correc / without psf correc  = 1.2
