Some of the first work on corrfuncts, orig dir is:

  ~/WkLensing/Idl/shapelets/data/StepData/Step2/imcatwork/evenoddstartest/corrfuncttests

And the command to run is:

   correlate.pl -n 5 -r 2500 file1 file2

with my modified correlation funct perlcode.
