Low Temperature Facility Work Request Form
This form is intended to make work more efficient for us as well as you. We won't have to stop in the middle of something to discuss a job with you, and you won't have to stop your research and wait to talk to us or submit a job. The intent is to receive your request and arrange a time, if necessary, to discuss your job further. Be precise in the description below to keep the turn-around time to a minimum. If you need more room, submit another complete request, I'll know to put them together.
Hopefully this will become so efficient you'll want to make a bookmark, and submit all of your requests this way. We'll keep you posted on how efficient we feel it is.
You will receive a copy of your order now, and within two working days you will receive a receipt from me with the status of your request.
For now this form will only be accepted from Smith Lab Groups. If you submit a request for work outside of Smith Lab, I may be nice enough to email you back with a NO, but in all actuality I'll probably just trash it. After we see how this is going to work, then maybe we'll accept forms from other disciplines.
