Current status of codes
Since last meeting, 1D code has been further debugged, and various options (especially regarding peak fitting in time) explored.
With early 2D code development, cpu and memory requirements grew to unacceptable levels
2D code has been slimmed down and sped up
- pass1 code w/2D hitfinder: 149 MB ® 85 MB
(73 MB without 2D hitfinder)
- increases in speed of x3-5 achieved
through lookup tables
