When I was an undergraduate at the K.U., I wrote a paper with Randall J. Splinter, Adrian L. Mellott (my advisor at the time), Charles Buck, and Jeremy Tinker. We looked at n-body simulations of galaxy clusters and measured their average shape and the correlation of their orientations in an effort to distinguish between different cosmological models. The paper, published in the April 20, 1997 issue of Astrophysical Journal can be found here or on the e-print arXive as astro-ph/9607144.
