A little about myself:

• I am Director of Computing Services for the College of Mathematical & Physical Sciences at The Ohio State University . I also manage the Physics Computer Facility in the Physics Department.
• I currently chair the Hardware and Operations Committee of the Statewide Users Group of the Ohio Supercomputer Center .
• Each Summer Quarter I teach a course in the engineering of operating systems for the Computer Science and Engineering Department . A recent syllabus describes this course and its requirements. The most recent term-paper assignment outlines both potential topics and literature resources.
