Finder chip <-> Linker Input Formatter map

Each linker has six input formatter chips that receive 4*12 bits of track segment data from finder chips on four different finder boards:
two core boards and two neighbour boards (marked with ').
Each linker input formatter chip has two 24-bit RAM blocks, which each store information from two finder chips.
