It is shown that solving the hierarchy problem by 
non-supersymmetric strong dynamics naturally leads to a partially 
composite top quark. This in turn changes the running of gauge 
couplings which then unify at the same precision as SUSY GUTs, over a 
fairly large range of parameters, at a scale of 10^15 GeV. The various 
sources of uncertainty are discussed in some detail.
