The seminar is based on e-print hep-ph/0501128. I shall
describe a holographic approach to modeling low-energy
properties of QCD.  Current algebra, chiral symmetry
breaking, QCD sum rules and asymptotic scaling are realized
in such models.  The simplest model of this type gives a
remarkably good fit to many low energy experimental
observables.
