Abstract

The exchange of W bosons in electron-proton and positron-proton scattering provides a valuable probe of the quark flavor content of the proton. The inclusion of HERA data has had a major impact on global parton distribution function (PDF) extractions, and the inclusion of jet data from ZEUS in particular has been shown to significantly reduce the experimental uncertainty of the gluon PDF. Recent measurements by the ZEUS Collaboration of jet production in charged current deep inelastic scattering and comparisons to theory will be presented which utilize 0.36 fb-1 of data at a center-of-mass energy of 318 GeV. The potential benefit for future global PDF fits will be discussed.
