Quantization of N=2 strings and selfdual field theories

Gordon Chalmers, (Argonne)

Abstract

We discuss the formulation and quantization of selfdual field theories and N=2 locally supersymmetric string theories. The quantization and (exactly solvable) scattering amplitudes are presented with relations to maximally helicity violating amplitudes in gauge theory and gravity. New results pertaining to anomalies are presented within the N=2 string context in addition to perturbations around the selfdual point.
