Heavy Quark Physics from QCD Sum Rules

Patricia Ball (Fermilab)

Abstract

QCD sum rules are a phenomenologically inspired field-theoretical approach
to calculate both static and dynamical properties of ground state hadrons.
I review a number of results in heavy quark physics obtained from QCD
sum rules in the past few years, featuring in particular meson decay
constants, B meson weak decay form factors and the kinetic energy of the
b quark inside the B meson.
