Rare Kaon Decays: Brookhaven E871

Abstract

  I will discuss recent results from the rare kaon decay experiment
  E871 at the Brookhaven AGS, which searched for the lepton flavor violating
  decay K_L -> mu e, and measured improved branching ratios for the rare
  decay modes K_L -> mu mu and K_L -> e e.
