C1: one 26-pin connector, fake ALCT data output to DAQMB;
C2: one 26-pin connector, fake CLCT data output to DAQMB;
C3: one 26-pin connector, fake TMB data output to DAQMB;
C4: one 20-pin connector, fake CCB data output to DAQMB;
C5: one 20-pin connector, CCB data input from CCB;
C6: one 4-pin connector, +5V power supply;
C7: one BNC connector, L1ACC input;
C8: one BNC connector, LCT input;

Switches:
S1: one three-position switch, CCB source and L1ACC source selection, default: internal (middle position);
S2: one two-position switch, LCT source selection, default: manual;
S3: one momentary switch, manual LCT, one LCT every push;
S4: one momentary switch, FPGA logic reset;
S5: one momentary switch, BX reset, may not be available on some FTC boards;
S6: one 8-bit dip switch, CFEB, LCT active switch and word number selection for LCT data, default: 11100000 (1 means OPEN or OFF),
      SW1: CFEB# 1 active (or enabled),
      SW2: CFEB# 2 active, CLOSE to enable, OPEN to disable,
      SW3: CFEB# 3 active,
      SW4: CFEB# 4 active,
      SW5: CFEB# 5 active,
      SW6: ALCT data active,
      SW7: CLCT data active,
      SW8: LCT data word counter selection, OPEN (or OFF) for one word, CLOSED for 9 words;

Jumpers:
J1: 2-pin jumper, FPGA reset selection, may not be available on some FTC boards, default OFF;
J2: 3-pin jumper, BX reset selection, may not be available on some FTC boards, default 12 ON;

LEDs:
D1: one LED, Power indicator, normally ON;
D2: one LED, FPGA program indicator, normally OFF.
