RUNNING A MODEL ############### What you need is: 1, an appropriate prog executable (i.e jchnsmc00.m1.mod1.e & jchnsmc00.m2.mod1.e) 2, a jcddata file 3, appropriate jmod.m?.??k file in /input jchnsmc00.m1.mod1.e $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ For M1 & P1 models, so use with jcddata00.1... models Currently can be run for Temp = 10 - 15 K jchnsmc00.m2.mod1.e $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ For M2 & P2 models, so use with jcddata00.2... models Currently can be run for Temp = 10 - 20 K Recipe for running a model 1, cp the jcddata00.??? file you want to use to jcddata 2, edit the file if you want to change the inital dens(xnt0), av(tau0), abundances, cra/crb/uvgra/pmonlay or uvgas use jj to 'jed jcddata' *note* if you want to change the temperature you must use the correct .??k jcddata file or make one! 3, now edit B.com (use jbc) i) check have approp directory named /d/osu1513/tammay ... ii) check using correct prog executable name 4, chk you have rmvd the old B.log file (rmb) 5, and chk you have renamed the old jcdoutput file (mvjo ) 6, send the job -> sa (=sh A.com) 7, to chk job status j -> if running jq -> if on queue dpr 8/3/00
