Our test and measurement labs are located in 1129/1135 PRB. The phone in the lab is (614) 247-7367. These labs have the following key pieces of equipment: • Mode-locked Ti:sapphire laser with femtosecond to picosecond resolution with a wavelength of 670-1000 nm • Magneto-optical cryostat with a temperature range from 1.5-300 Kelvin and a magnet capable of 0-8 Tesla • 0.25 m spectrometer with a LN2 cooled CCD • DC transport • RF transport (30 GHz bandwidth)
• Photoluminescence spectroscopy • Electroluminescence • Time resolved absorption/reflection spectroscopy • Magneto-Optical Kerr Effect (MOKE) • Time resolved spin dynamics (TR-MOKE, TR-Faraday rotation) • DC transport with magnetic field and/or optical excitation • RF transport with magnetic field and/or optical excitation |
