Characters at either location gain MOBILITY only for moving to the other location. "I'm not sure which is scarier...the subway in New York or the one in the Netherworld...." May also be played during the Establishing Shot to "forget" that you discarded more than one card, so that normal power generation occurs. "Whaddya mean? I clearly remember paying that cost!" Opponent must play that card right away, spending all available power if he doesn't have enough to cast it normally. If the opponent doesn't have enough power to cast the card, it is Toasted.
