There are no special requirements for people to be able to acces the
 West Area controlled zones. What everyone needs is:
 - a valid CERN registration
 - a film badge
 For the latter, if people want a temporary badge for a limited time
(<2months) than
 there is no need to carry a medical certificate issued from their home
 institution. For periods >2months a certificate is required.
 I believe everyone will request a temporary badge. Those, can be collected
upon
 arrival (and registration) at Cern, at building 24-E011.
 Please, make sure that people coming to Cern are informed.
