Setup
We put a signal into the test pulser input of the pre-amp and measured the resolution with the LeCroy TDC-1877. We varied the puls height from threshold (200 mV test pulse) to ten times that value. A gaussian fit of the distribution gave us the mean and the FWHM (Full Width Half Maximum).
This is an example of a distribution of TDC counts.

The result plot.

Result
The mean value of the means is at 490 counts. The variation is about 2.5 counts. This gives a relative timewalk of 0.5 %.
The `error bar' gives the FWHM at each point. It's mean value is about 2 counts, that is 1 ns.
