  1. The muon ID
    The best value to find muons in our case is around 3.
    If you then check the invariant mass of the two muons, you should see this:

  2. After adjusting the boundaries, you can see, where the most pairs have their mass:
    at 3.1 GeV.

  3. In the electron case your first histogram should look like this:

  4. After tuning the elctron cut to about 3 and looking more closely, you should get this:

The bump or ``signal'' you see at about 3.1 GeV is the J/Psi particle.
