Our primary focus at Ohio State is the production and testing of opto-boards for the pixel detector.

Here are links to some of the pertinent documentation:
Assembly procedure. This document describes the complete construction procedure of the optoboards from receiving them to adding all the components to them.
Test procedure. Once a board is assembled there are several testing stages which it must pass through to verify it's functionality at various extremes in temperature and due to aging.
QA procedure. After assembly and testing the boards must endure a rigorous QA incorporating both mechanical and electrical tests before we are satisfied that they can be used in the experiment.
Rework procedure, if any additional work needs to be carried out to repair or fix problems, this is how we do it.
PDB, a form that is completed for each board to keep track of everything that we do to it.
