Travel & Accomodation Information

Conference Location:
    The Conference will take place in Scott Laboratory and the Physics Research Building on the Ohio State Campus.

    Since the hotel is about 3 miles away from the OSU campus, a bus will be available to take participants from the hotel to campus in the morning, and bring them back to the hotel at the end of the day. If you'd rather drive to and from the hotel and the conference, let us know and we'll provide you with a parking pass.
Hotel and Check-in:
    All participants and speakers will be staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in downtown Columbus.

    Each participant will be staying in a 2-bed with one or two others. Be sure to indicate on the registration form who you prefer to room with and we'll try out best to honor your request.

    Participants can check in to the Crowne Plaza Hotel after 3:00pm on Friday January 15th. The welcoming reception will be held at the Crowne Plaza hotel the evening of January 15th from 7:00-9:00pm. You can check in and pick up your conference materials at the reception. If you cannot make it to the reception on Friday evening, you'll be able to check in on Saturday morning.
