Reimbursement Information

Conference Costs & Financial Aid
    The conference will sponsor the cost of food for all participants and the hotel costs for undergraduate students and guest speakers. Additional financial aid for travel costs may be available, but we request that you ask your home institutions for support before applying for aid. We provided below a summary of conference goals and costs that may be useful when asking for aid from your home department, Dean's office, or other institution.

    Conference Goals and Cost Summary

Travel Reimbursement
    Participants may apply for travel reimbursement up to $100. Please still arrange and pay for your travel yourself, and we will reimburse you after the conference. If this is a problem for you, please let us know.

    Plane: We will reimburse each plane ticket to Columbus, Ohio up to $100

    Car: We encourage carpooling. We will reimburse each car load of participants up to $100. The reimbursement depends on the total number miles you will be traveling.
