About the Conference
The Department of Physics at the Ohio State University is hosting the 3rd Annual Midwest Conference for Undergraduate Women in Physics on January 15-17, 2010.
The Conference is open to female undergraduate physics majors in the midwestern United States and will be held simultaneously with the Women in Physics Conference at the University of California, Duke University, and Yale University.
The creation of the Midwest Conference for Undergraduate Women in Physics was inspired by the University of Southern California after they hosted the first Undergraduate Women in Physics Conference in January 2006. The 1st and 2nd Annual Midwest Conference for Undergraduate Women in Physics was hosted by the University of Michigan in January 2008 and The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in January 2009.
Registration for the 2010 Conference is now open!The conference is limited to 150 participants. Registration will be open until January 3, 2010, or until the conference limit is reached. Questions? Comments?
