Event Planning

home

Use of the Physics Research Building (PRB) for various University events has become popular and is actively encouraged by the Department.  However, event coordinators are respectfully asked to be mindful of the core function of the PRB as a research facility.  Although the PRB can serve as an excellent event venue, the Department is not in the event business and can provide only limited event support. The document and gridded layouts below serve as tools for event coordinators to use in developing the detailed plans they will need to achieve a successful event at the PRB.
