Conference Fees

Conference registrations includes the welcome reception, COSI Banquet, Public Lecture, and coffee breaks. Some of these events are subject to limited seating, so please mark on the form if you are interested in attending. Cancellations received in writing by July 21, 2000 will be subject to a $25 administrative charge. No refunds will be granted after that date.

Conference Registration

Tuesday (August 8): registration will be in Mershon Auditorium lobby from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.  This is where the opening reception will be held.  Parking for the reception/registration will be available in Arps Parking Garage with a permit or pay to park.

Wednesday (August 9): registration will be in Hitchcock Hall auditorium from 7:30 AM to 12:00 noon.

Conference Headquarters

The headquarters is located in Smith Lab Room 1094 beginning Wednesday, August 9, approximately 1:00 PM.  The office will be open Wednesday through Saturday daily until 5:30 PM. The headquarters phone number is (614) 313-4850 for Tuesday through Saturday.

Child Care

The OSU Day Care can handle 8-10 children. Reservations for day care should be made through the conference organizers and will be made on a first come first served basis. Indicate the child's name and age on the registration form under "special needs." Also indicate whether evening care will be necessary. The location of the center is 725 Ackerman Road (614) 292-4453. Transportation to and from day care is the responsibility of the parent. The cost of the day care is the responsibility of the parent and will be paid directly to the day care center.
