Robert J. Davis joined Nanotech West (formerly MicroMD) in September 2005 as the new Director for Operations. Davis has twenty years of experience in micro- and nanofabrication as applied to high-speed semiconductor devices, electro-optical devices, and microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). His research addresses advanced plasma etching and associated damage, advanced semiconductor lasers, and e-beam nanolithography. |
