| 4. Within 10 days: Selected IRGs distributed to external reviewers

| *Faculty members comprising these IRGs should prepare 10 minute talks with 5 min for questions to be presented to external review team via video conference

| 5. Office of Research to finalize IRGs into coherent and synergistic MRSEC pre-proposal application
